| Hyundai is coming out with a new Tiburon. The new model is RWD, 3400lbs. and is offered with a turbo 4cyl. Other than having 4 seats it isn't too far off from a Z32 with a turbo KA. If Hyundai thinks this is an optimal arrrangement, why can't a KA turbo push around one of our cars without too much trouble. You can build your own turbo kit for about $1600 using an HX35 turbo off a cummins diesel that matches well with the 2.4l KA. And with all the sr20 swaps in 240sx's used good condition KA24DE's are easy to find and very cheap. And this setup will have equal or more power than a RB20DET and cost a lot less to swap in. Just looking for other peoples thoughts on this idea. And if it has been done I would like to get some info/results on it. For those of you naysayers Top Secret of Japan put a MR2 turbo 2.0l in a Supra and we all know what a tank the MKIV is. Thanks for your positive input and opinions.
